50% of the registration fees will be paid out to our top 5 winners. The remaining 50% will be donated to Gigi’s Playhouse.

Smith & Associates along with Referral Partners 365 will be hosting its inaugural Charitable Golf Outing on Friday, July 28, 2023 at Turnberry Golf Club in Lakewood, IL.
7am Registration – 8am Shotgun Start
The outing will serve as a fundraiser for Options & Advocacy for McHenry County. You will help support infants, children, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities.
