Federal Rule on Marketplace Subsidies

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the federal rule making subsidies available to eligible individuals through Federally Facilitated Health Insurance Marketplaces, like the one in Illinois. This means that health insurance subsidies will continue to be available on these Marketplaces. Existing policies remain in effect.
