For anyone who currently has or is considering Medicaid for health insurance; please read carefully this quote on page 5 of the Illinois Department of Human Services Mail-In Application for Medical Benefits: “If my application is approved, I give the State of Illinois the right to recover under the terms of any private or public health care coverage any amount for which I or a member of my household may be eligible.
